Bobby Soft Backpack
Description
The Bobby Soft Backpack is an expandable 13L to 16L anti-theft backpack from XD Design, made with RPET materials. It has a padded sleeve for a laptop up to 15.6 inches, plus internal sleeves and mesh pockets for organised storage.
The main compartment can only be accessed from the back, with hidden zips and RFID-protected hidden pockets helping keep belongings secure. It also includes an integrated USB charging port, keychain clip, reflective safety strips, padded shoulder straps and luggage strap. Each Bobby Soft Backpack saves 22L of water and reuses 37 plastic bottles, with an AWARE tracer used to verify recycled material use.

Colourflex Transfer: Maximum branding area is 120mm x 80mm. Colourflex Transfer is a CMYK+W digital print process used for bag branding. It is ideal for full-colour logos, complex artwork and approximate spot colour branding, producing a high-definition vibrant matt finish. Only one setup charge is required regardless of print colours, although metallic, neon and fluorescent colours cannot be reproduced.
Embroidery: Maximum embroidery area is 80mm circle. Embroidery uses rayon thread stitched into the product, creating a slightly raised finish and a higher perceived branding value. It has one setup charge per position for up to 12 thread colours. PMS colour matches are approximate, variable data is not available and fine detail should be avoided.
Faux Embroidery: Maximum branding area is 120mm x 80mm. Faux Embroidery is a Colourflex Transfer where artwork is digitised to create texture and depth that mimics embroidery. It is suitable for bold, larger artwork and can be better than conventional embroidery for smaller prints. Limitations include no Pantone matching, reduced stitch clarity at smaller sizes, no metallic colours and poor suitability for fine detail.
DigiFlex Transfer: Maximum branding area is 120mm x 80mm. DigiFlex Transfer is a DTF direct-to-film digital transfer process for bag branding. It is economical for short runs and suitable for personalisation or variable data when available. It uses water-based inks and only needs one setup regardless of print colours, with limitations including no metallic, neon or fluorescent colours and minimum detail around 1mm.

The Bobby Soft Backpack measures 450mm high x 300mm wide x 180mm gusset. It has an expandable 13L to 16L capacity and is made from an RPET and polyester blend.
The anti-theft layout keeps the main compartment accessible from the back of the backpack only. It includes hidden zips, RFID-protected hidden pockets, a padded laptop sleeve, internal sleeves, mesh pockets, an integrated USB charging port, a keychain clip, reflective safety strips, padded shoulder straps and a luggage strap. It is supplied in an individual gift box.
