Description
The Origami Foldable Backpack is a 16L custom branded backpack made from 210D ripstop polyester. It folds into a compact carry pouch when not in use, while the large zippered main compartment provides practical storage when opened out.
Two front zippered pockets add extra organisation, and the lightly padded adjustable shoulder straps support comfortable carrying. The pouch zips discreetly into the bag when in use, with Colourflex Transfer, Faux Embroidery and DigiFlex Transfer available for custom branding.

Colourflex Transfer: 120mm x 60mm. Colourflex Transfer is a CMYK+W digital transfer process for bag branding. It is ideal for full-colour logos, complex artwork and approximate spot colour branding, with a high-definition vibrant matt finish. Only one setup charge is required regardless of print colours. Limitations include no metallic, neon or fluorescent colours, possible fine clear glue line around artwork, no variable data and minimum detail around 1mm.
Faux Embroidery: 120mm x 60mm. Faux Embroidery is a Colourflex Transfer where artwork is digitised to create texture and depth that mimics embroidery. It is suited to bold, larger artwork and can work better than conventional embroidery for smaller print areas. It is not suitable for fine detail, Pantone matching or metallic colours.
DigiFlex Transfer: 120mm x 60mm. DigiFlex Transfer is a DTF direct-to-film digital transfer process for bag branding. It is economical for short runs and suitable for personalisation or variable data when available. It uses water-based inks and only needs one setup regardless of print colours. It cannot reproduce metallic, neon or fluorescent colours and minimum detail is around 1mm.
Backpack Construction
The backpack measures H 440mm x W 320mm x 225mm when opened, and folds down to W 220mm x H 190mm x 50mm, excluding the handle. It is made with a polyester body and polyester webbing, with the carry pouch built into the bag for compact storage.
