Colourflex Transfer: Branding is available in two supplier-confirmed areas: 120mm x 60mm and 120mm x 150mm. Colourflex Transfer is a CMYK+W digital print process used for bag branding. It is ideal for full-colour logos, complex artwork and approximate spot colour branding, producing a high-definition vibrant matt finish. Only one setup charge is required regardless of print colours, although metallic, neon and fluorescent colours cannot be reproduced.
Faux Embroidery: Branding is available in two supplier-confirmed areas: 120mm x 60mm and 120mm x 150mm. Faux Embroidery is a Colourflex Transfer where artwork is digitised to create texture and depth that mimics embroidery. It is suitable for bold, larger artwork and can be better than conventional embroidery for smaller prints. Limitations include no Pantone matching, reduced stitch clarity at smaller sizes, no metallic colours and poor suitability for fine detail.
DigiFlex Transfer: Branding is available in two supplier-confirmed areas: 120mm x 60mm and 120mm x 150mm. DigiFlex Transfer is a DTF direct-to-film digital transfer process for bag branding. It is economical for short runs and suitable for personalisation or variable data when available.
