Thermo Debossing XL uses the same process as standard Thermo Debossing but provides a larger branding area on both covers. The larger area suits artwork needing more space, such as a wordmark or a logo with supporting text. Branding areas are front cover 110mm x 180mm or back cover 110mm x 144mm.
Foil printing applies metallic foil using heat and pressure, giving a decorative finish with higher perceived value. Works best with simple logos, initials and clean artwork. Fine detail can be less clear on textured surfaces. Foil and thermo debossing can be combined across the front and back covers. Branding area is 70mm x 55mm on the front cover.
