Description
Matrix Pen is a retractable plastic ballpoint pen with a frosted translucent barrel and metallic silver trim. A chunky soft rubber grip is a defining feature of the pen’s overall design. The translucent barrel allows the internal refill to remain visible. It uses a Parker-style plastic refill filled with 1800 metres of German manufactured blue Dokumental ink. The pen can be supplied loose packed or presented in an optional pen sleeve.

Pad Print
Pad print applies artwork to the pen surface using a silicone pad, allowing accurate reproduction of logos and simple graphics. This method suits solid colour artwork and clean line designs. Branding can be applied to Positions D and E with a maximum size of 45mm x 9mm, or Position C at 35mm x 5mm on the barrel. Pad print is also available on the cardboard pen sleeve at 55mm x 20mm. Artwork placement is limited to the specified print areas.
Rotary Screen Print
Rotary screen print wraps ink around the curved barrel for broader branding coverage. This method is suitable for bold designs and continuous artwork. Branding is applied to Position A with a maximum print size of 40mm x 16mm. The process provides consistent ink coverage on the cylindrical surface. Artwork must align with the defined branding position.
Direct Digital
Direct digital printing applies full colour artwork directly onto the pen surface without print plates. This method supports detailed and multi-colour designs. Branding can be applied to Positions D and E with a maximum size of 50mm x 7mm. Placement is restricted to the specified branding areas. Output quality depends on the supplied artwork file.
Digital Packaging Print
Digital packaging print applies full colour digital artwork directly onto the cardboard pen sleeve. This method supports detailed graphics and photographic elements. Branding is applied to the sleeve at 80mm x 25mm and is available on natural sleeves only. Artwork is printed flat onto the packaging surface. This branding option applies to the sleeve rather than the pen.
