Description
Matrix Metallic Pen is a retractable plastic ballpoint pen with a metallic finish barrel and metallic silver trim. It features a soft rubber grip with a matt finish for handling comfort. The pen is fitted with a blue large volume refill containing 1800 metres of German manufactured Dokumental ink. Writing is delivered through a Parker-style plastic ballpoint refill with a 1mm nib. The retractable mechanism houses the refill securely within the barrel. The pen can be supplied loose or presented in an optional pen sleeve.

Branding is available on Positions D and E with a maximum size of 45mm x 9mm, and on Position C with a maximum size of 35mm x 5mm. Pad print is also available on the cardboard pen sleeve with a branding area of 55mm x 20mm. Artwork is restricted to the specified print areas.
Rotary Screen Print
Rotary screen print applies ink around the curved barrel for even coverage on cylindrical surfaces. This method is suitable for bold artwork and larger designs. Branding is applied to Position A with a maximum print size of 40mm x 16mm. The process delivers consistent ink coverage across the metallic barrel finish. Artwork alignment follows the defined barrel position.
Direct Digital
Direct digital printing applies full colour artwork directly onto the pen surface without print plates. This method supports detailed and multi-colour designs. Branding is applied to Positions D and E with a maximum size of 50mm x 7mm. Placement is limited to the specified barrel areas. Output quality is based on supplied digital artwork.
Digital Packaging Print
Digital packaging print applies full colour artwork directly onto the cardboard pen sleeve. This method allows detailed graphics and colour variation. Branding is applied to the cardboard pen sleeve with a maximum size of 80mm x 25mm and is available on natural sleeves only. Artwork is printed flat prior to sleeve assembly. The print area is fixed to the defined sleeve position.
