Description
Neo pen is a modern white plastic pen with a frosted double injected grip, shiny chrome trim and 1800 metres of German-made blue Dokumental ink. The barrel, clip, grip and tip are all ABS plastic, with a tungsten carbide ball in the refill and a 1mm nib. The frosted grip comes in a range of colours, while the white barrel stays constant throughout the range.
Neo can be branded with pad print or direct digital printing, each available across two branding positions on the barrel.

Pad Print
Pad printing uses a silicone pad to transfer artwork onto the pen's smooth barrel surface. Each colour requires its own setup charge, and variable data is not available. On Neo, pad printing is available in two branding positions, 55mm x 7mm and 45mm x 8mm. Using both positions together allows a logo and a website or tagline to be branded in the same run.
Direct Digital
Direct digital printing applies artwork directly onto the barrel in full colour. One setup charge applies regardless of the number of print colours, though metallic, neon and fluorescent colours cannot be reproduced. On Neo, direct digital is available in two branding positions, 55mm x 6mm and 45mm x 7mm.
Grip and Finish
Neo's barrel is finished in matte white, a consistent base across the whole range. The grip is double injected in a frosted translucent colour, giving a soft, two-tone contrast against the white barrel. Because the grip is double injected directly into the barrel during moulding, it holds its position through regular use. Screen colours can vary from the finished product, so it's worth checking a physical sample where exact colour matching matters.
