Description
This 20mm Jacquard Lanyard is woven to order, with the background colour and one colour logo created as part of the fabric. Unlike printed lanyards, the branding is not applied on top of the strap, but woven directly into the material during production.
Start by selecting your quantity, then provide your artwork so the woven background and one colour logo can be assessed. The standard setup includes a single metal clip and safety clip, with optional extra attachments available on request.
Both the lanyard background and woven artwork can be produced in most PMS colours, with PMS colour matching approximate. A production lead time of 25 working days applies via air freight, with sea freight available on request for larger orders.

Jacquard Weaving
Jacquard weaving incorporates the artwork into the lanyard fabric during production. The branding is woven in one colour across a maximum area of 780mm x 15mm. This creates a textured finish where the design forms part of the lanyard itself, rather than being printed on top.
This method is best suited to bold logos, simple lettering and clean artwork. Very fine detail, gradients and small text are not suitable for woven branding. For best results, artwork should be supplied in editable vector format and sent through for assessment before production.
Standard Attachments
The standard attachment configuration includes a single metal clip and a safety clip. The metal clip provides a secure connection point for ID cards, passes or accessories, while the safety clip allows the lanyard to release under tension.
Optional Attachments
A range of optional attachments is available to customise the lanyard for different requirements. These include alternative clips, connectors and ID holders to suit various identification, access card or event pass setups.
