Description
The Duplex Lanyard is a 20mm polyester lanyard manufactured with different coloured material on each side, creating a two-tone appearance when worn. The standard configuration includes a metal clip and safety clip, with other attachments available on request.
Start by selecting your quantity, then choose the front and back lanyard colours and provide your artwork with the enquiry. Branding is applied by screen print to one side only, with the logo repeating along the full length of the strap.
Up to four print colours can be used for branding, depending on the artwork. A wide standard colour range is available across both sides. A production lead time of 25 working days applies via air freight, with sea freight available on request for larger orders.

Screen Printing
Screen printing applies artwork directly to one side of the polyester lanyard material, with the logo or design repeating along the full length of the strap. Up to four print colours can be used, making it suitable for bold logos, clear lettering and spot colour artwork.
Fine detail, small text and thin lines may not reproduce cleanly on the woven surface. For best results, artwork should be supplied in editable vector format where possible, and designs can be assessed for legibility before production.
Two-Tone Construction
The Duplex Lanyard is manufactured with different coloured polyester material on each side, creating a two-tone appearance when worn. The front shows the chosen branding side, while the reverse shows the contrasting back colour. This construction allows two brand or team colours to be incorporated into a single lanyard without additional print cost.
Standard Attachments
The standard configuration includes a metal clip and a safety clip. The metal clip provides a secure connection point for ID cards, passes or accessories, while the safety clip allows the lanyard to release under tension.
Optional Attachments
Other attachments are available on request to suit different identification, access card or event pass requirements. These include loop attachments, loop clips, spring clips, J hook clips, oval clips, snap lock joiners, double clips, Duet ID holders and standard ID holders depending on the finished setup required.
