Woven Lanyard
Description
This 20mm Woven Lanyard features branding woven into a fabric strip, which is then sewn onto a polyester backing. The woven strip and logo can be produced in most PMS colours, with up to two PMS colours available for the branding.
Start by selecting your quantity, then provide your artwork so the woven strip, logo colours and backing colour can be assessed. The polyester backing is available in 14 standard colours, with special PMS backing colours available on orders of 1000 pieces or more.
The standard setup includes a single metal clip and safety clip, with optional extra attachments available on request. PMS colour matching is approximate. A production lead time of 20 working days applies via air freight, with sea freight available on request for larger orders.

Woven Branding
The branding is woven into a separate fabric strip before being sewn onto the polyester backing. This allows the logo and strip colour to be produced in most PMS colours, with the woven logo available in up to two PMS colours. The branding area measures 820mm x 10mm.
Woven branding is best suited to bold logos, clear lettering and simple artwork. Very fine details, gradients and small text are not suitable for this process. Artwork should be supplied in editable vector format where possible, and we recommend sending your design through for assessment before production.
Standard Attachments
The standard attachment configuration includes a single metal clip and a safety clip. The metal clip provides a secure connection point for ID cards, passes or accessories, while the safety clip allows the lanyard to release under tension.
Optional Attachments
Optional extra attachments are available on request to suit different identification, access card or event pass requirements. These can include alternative clips, connectors or holders depending on the finished setup required.
