Description
The Himalayan Vacuum Tumbler is a 550ml double wall vacuum insulated stainless steel tumbler with a powder coated finish and a stainless steel rim. The push-on AS plastic lid has a sliding closure and silicone seal. The tumbler is BPA-free and not dishwasher safe; handwashing is recommended.
Four branding methods are available including rotary digital print for large full-colour gloss artwork. Laser engraving removes the powder coat to reveal a shiny steel finish and is recommended for durability. Rotary screen print and pad print are also available. The tumbler is presented in an individual black gift box.

Branding Options
Laser engraving uses a laser to etch artwork permanently into the powder coated outer surface, removing the coating to reveal a shiny steel finish. It is the recommended branding method for its durability. Available in two positions: 60mm x 60mm and 40mm x 50mm.
Rotary screen print wraps one colour of ink around the tumbler body as it rotates. Not suitable for gradients, photos or multi-colour designs. Each colour requires its own setup charge. Branding area is 200mm x 60mm.
Rotary digital print uses UV inkjet heads to transfer full-colour gloss artwork directly onto the tumbler surface as it rotates. Suited to complex designs, gradients and detailed logos. One setup charge applies regardless of print colours. Metallic and neon colours cannot be reproduced. As the print does not wrap completely around the tumbler, there is a small gap between the start and end of the print. Branding area is 255mm x 70mm.
Pad printing uses a silicone pad to transfer ink onto the tumbler surface. Suited to sharp logos and clean text. Each colour requires its own setup charge and variable data is not available. Available in two positions: 40mm x 60mm and 30mm x 60mm.

The Himalayan Vacuum Tumbler has double stainless steel walls with vacuum insulation between them. Hot drinks stay hot and cold drinks stay cold for significantly longer than a standard double wall cup. At 550ml, the Himalayan suits longer sessions at a desk or commutes where a smaller cup would need refilling. The powder coat finish is applied electrostatically and cured under heat, producing a durable matte surface more resistant to chipping and scratching than standard paint. Handwashing is recommended to protect the finish and any applied branding.
