Description
The Cyprus Vacuum Cup is a 500ml double wall vacuum insulated stainless steel cup with a powder coated finish and a natural cork base. The push-on AS plastic lid has a sliding closure and silicone seal. The cup is BPA-free and not dishwasher safe; handwashing is recommended.
Four branding methods are available including rotary digital print for large full-colour gloss artwork. Laser engraving produces a natural etch finish on this cup rather than the shiny steel reveal seen on most painted cups. Rotary screen print and pad print are also available. The cup is presented in an individual black gift box.

Branding Options
Laser engraving uses a laser to etch artwork permanently into the powder coated outer surface. Unlike most painted cups which engrave to shiny steel, the Cyprus produces a natural etch finish, creating a warm, tonal mark rather than a bright metallic reveal. It is the recommended branding method for its durability. Branding area is 55mm x 90mm.
Rotary screen print wraps one colour of ink around the cup body as it rotates. Not suitable for gradients, photos or multi-colour designs. Each colour requires its own setup charge. Branding area is 130mm x 70mm on the cup body.
Rotary digital print uses UV inkjet heads to transfer full-colour gloss artwork directly onto the cup surface as it rotates. Suited to complex designs, gradients and detailed logos. One setup charge applies regardless of print colours. Metallic and neon colours cannot be reproduced. As the print does not wrap completely around the cup, there is a small gap between the start and end of the print. Branding area is 246mm x 100mm.
Pad printing uses a silicone pad to transfer ink onto the cup surface and is available in two positions: a 45mm circular area and a 30mm x 55mm rectangular area. Each colour requires its own setup charge and variable data is not available.
Vacuum Insulation and Cork Base
The Cyprus Vacuum Cup has double stainless steel walls with vacuum insulation between them. Hot drinks stay hot and cold drinks stay cold for significantly longer than a standard double wall cup. The cork base is harvested from the bark of the cork oak tree without felling the tree, and the bark regenerates naturally over time. Cork is also naturally non-slip on hard surfaces. Handwashing is recommended to protect the outer finish and any applied branding.
