Branding Options
Screen Print: Maximum branding area is 180mm x 100mm on the bottom position. Screen printing forces ink through a fine mesh screen directly onto the backpack and is suitable for simple logos, text and bold one-colour artwork. For full-colour artwork, fine detail or gradients, Colourflex Transfer, Faux Embroidery or DigiFlex Transfer is usually the better option.
Colourflex Transfer: Branding is available in two supplier-confirmed areas: 120mm x 100mm on the top position and 200mm x 100mm on the bottom position. Colourflex Transfer is a CMYK+W digital print process used for bag branding. It is ideal for full-colour logos, complex artwork and approximate spot colour branding, producing a high-definition vibrant matt finish.
Embroidery: Maximum embroidery area is 70mm circle. Embroidery uses rayon thread stitched into the product, creating a slightly raised finish and a higher perceived branding value. It has one setup charge per position for up to 12 thread colours. PMS colour matches are approximate, variable data is not available and fine detail should be avoided.
Faux Embroidery: Branding is available in two supplier-confirmed areas: 120mm x 100mm on the top position and 200mm x 100mm on the bottom position. Faux Embroidery is a Colourflex Transfer where artwork is digitised to create texture and depth that mimics embroidery. It is suitable for bold, larger artwork and can be better than conventional embroidery for smaller prints.
DigiFlex Transfer: Branding is available in two supplier-confirmed areas: 120mm x 100mm on the top position and 200mm x 100mm on the bottom position. DigiFlex Transfer is a DTF direct-to-film digital transfer process for bag branding. It is economical for short runs and suitable for personalisation or variable data when available.
