Coronet Cooler Backpack
Description
The Coronet Cooler Backpack is a large 19L backpack cooler made from heather style polyester canvas with thick PE foam insulation and a water-resistant PEVA inner liner. It has a zippered top closure, smart zip pulls, 165mm gusset, woven carry handle and adjustable padded shoulder straps.
The large front zippered pocket provides the decoration area for custom branding, with Screen Print, Colourflex Transfer, Embroidery, Faux Embroidery and DigiFlex Transfer available. Two side pockets, including one mesh pocket, add extra storage.

Screen Print: Front pocket branding area is 160mm x 90mm, available as a one-colour print. Screen printing forces ink through a fine mesh screen directly onto the cooler backpack and is suited to simple one-colour logos, text and bold artwork. For multi-colour artwork, Colourflex Transfer, Faux Embroidery or DigiFlex Transfer is usually the better option.
Colourflex Transfer: Front pocket branding area is 160mm x 100mm. Colourflex Transfer is a CMYK+W digital print process used for fabric branding. It is ideal for full-colour logos, complex artwork and approximate spot colour branding, producing a high-definition vibrant matt finish. Only one setup charge is required regardless of print colours, although metallic, neon and fluorescent colours cannot be reproduced.
Embroidery: Front pocket embroidery area is 100mm circle. Embroidery uses rayon thread stitched into the product, creating a slightly raised finish and a higher perceived branding value. It has one setup charge per position for up to 12 thread colours. PMS colour matches are approximate, variable data is not available and fine detail should be avoided.
Faux Embroidery: Front pocket branding area is 160mm x 100mm. Faux Embroidery is a Colourflex Transfer where artwork is digitised to create texture and depth that mimics embroidery. It is suitable for bold, larger artwork and can be better than conventional embroidery for smaller prints. Limitations include no Pantone matching, reduced stitch clarity at smaller sizes, no metallic colours and poor suitability for fine detail.
DigiFlex Transfer: Front pocket branding area is 160mm x 100mm. DigiFlex Transfer is a DTF direct-to-film digital transfer process for fabric branding. It is economical for short runs and suitable for personalisation or variable data when available. It uses water-based inks and only needs one setup regardless of print colours, with limitations including no metallic, neon or fluorescent colours and minimum detail around 1mm.
