The Genoa Soft Cover Notebook - Large is a large approximately A4-size custom branded notebook with a soft leather-look PU cover. It includes 80 leaves, giving 160 lined cream pages made from 80gsm offset paper.
A bookmark ribbon is included, and the PU cover thermo debosses to a two-tone finish. The cover can be branded with pad print, one-colour screen print, Thermo Debossing or Thermo Debossing XL.

Branding Options
Pad Print: Branding areas are 55mm x 55mm or 35mm x 65mm. Pad printing uses a silicone pad to transfer artwork onto the notebook cover and is suitable for sharp logos and text on smaller branding areas. Each colour requires its own setup charge, and variable data such as individual names is not available. PMS matching can be more difficult on darker cover colours.
Screen Print: Branding area is 120mm x 240mm, with one-colour branding available. Screen printing forces ink through a fine mesh screen directly onto the notebook cover, giving a large print area for simple artwork. It is best suited to bold logos, text and clean one-colour designs. Screen print is not recommended for gradients, photos or full-colour artwork.
Thermo Debossing: Branding area is 115mm x 90mm. Thermo Debossing uses heat and pressure to press artwork into the PU cover, creating permanent recessed branding that becomes part of the surface. On this notebook, the cover debosses to a two-tone finish, making it suitable for simple logos, wordmarks and clean artwork. Fine detail, gradients and variable data such as individual names are not suitable for this process.
Thermo Debossing XL: Branding area is 115mm x 180mm. Thermo Debossing XL uses the same heat and pressure process as standard Thermo Debossing but provides a larger cover branding area. It is suitable for simple artwork that needs a bigger impression on the cover, while keeping the branding permanent and part of the PU surface. Clean artwork with solid lines will give the best result on this soft leather-look cover.
