Pad printing uses a silicone pad to transfer artwork onto the recycled milk carton paper cover. Suitable for sharp logos and text on smaller branding areas. Multiple branding areas are available: front cover 55mm x 55mm or 65mm x 35mm, and back cover 55mm x 55mm or 65mm x 35mm. Each colour requires its own setup charge and variable data such as individual names is not available. Artwork colour should be chosen to contrast well with the cover surface for the clearest result.
Screen printing forces ink through a fine mesh screen directly onto the cover. Suitable for simple logos, text and bold spot-colour artwork, and not recommended for gradients, photos or full-colour designs. One-colour branding only. The front and back cover branding areas are both 120mm x 190mm, covering most of the cover surface. This is a generous area for screen print coverage on a soft cover notebook of this size. Artwork colour should be chosen to contrast well with the cover for the clearest result.
