Pad Print: Branding areas are notebook 55mm x 55mm or 65mm x 35mm, and pen positions D and E 45mm x 7mm. Pad printing uses a silicone pad to transfer artwork and is suitable for sharp logos and text on compact branding areas.
Screen Print: Notebook branding area is 90mm x 140mm, with one-colour branding available. Screen printing forces ink through a fine mesh screen onto the notebook cover and is best for simple logos, text and bold one-colour artwork.
Thermo Debossing: Notebook branding area is 110mm x 90mm. Thermo Debossing uses heat and pressure to press artwork into the PU cover, creating permanent recessed branding that works best with clean, simple artwork.
Thermo Debossing XL: Notebook branding area is 110mm x 180mm. Thermo Debossing XL uses the same heat and pressure process as standard Thermo Debossing but provides a larger cover branding area.
Foil Printing: Notebook branding area is 70mm x 55mm. Foil Printing applies metallic foil using heat and pressure, creating a decorative finish with higher perceived value. It is best suited to simple logos, initials and clean artwork.
Rotary Screen Print: Pen position A branding area is 45mm x 12mm. Rotary screen print wraps spot-colour artwork around the pen barrel and is suitable for simple logos or text needing a larger pen branding area.
Laser Engraving: Pen positions D and E are 45mm x 6mm. Laser engraving permanently engraves artwork into the pen barrel using a laser. The Bravo Pen engraves to an oxidised white finish, with fine detail best avoided on this small area.
