Description
The Flex Gym Bag is an all-in-one business and gym backpack from XD Design, made from water-resistant RPET materials. It has a 16L capacity that expands to 24L, with a front pocket that increases storage when extra space is needed.
The anti-theft design uses hidden zips, RFID-protected hidden pockets and a back-access main compartment to help keep belongings secure. It includes a padded laptop sleeve for devices up to 15 inches, organised internal compartments, an integrated USB charging port, a sunglasses holder and an AWARE tracer. Each Flex Gym Bag saves 31L of water and reuses 52 plastic bottles.

Colourflex Transfer: Maximum branding area is 130mm x 75mm. Colourflex Transfer is a CMYK+W digital print process used for bag branding. It is ideal for full-colour logos, complex artwork and approximate spot colour branding, producing a high-definition vibrant matt finish. Only one setup charge is required regardless of print colours, although metallic, neon and fluorescent colours cannot be reproduced.
Faux Embroidery: Maximum branding area is 130mm x 75mm. Faux Embroidery is a Colourflex Transfer where artwork is digitised to create texture and depth that mimics embroidery. It is suitable for bold, larger artwork and can be better than conventional embroidery for smaller prints. Limitations include no Pantone matching, reduced stitch clarity at smaller sizes, no metallic colours and poor suitability for fine detail.
DigiFlex Transfer: Maximum branding area is 130mm x 75mm. DigiFlex Transfer is a DTF direct-to-film digital transfer process for bag branding. It is economical for short runs and suitable for personalisation or variable data when available. It uses water-based inks and only needs one setup regardless of print colours, with limitations including no metallic, neon or fluorescent colours and minimum detail around 1mm.

The Flex Gym Bag measures 460mm high x 300mm wide x 140mm gusset. It has a 16L capacity that expands to 24L, with a front pocket designed to increase storage space when needed.
The construction combines recycled polyethylene terephthalate and polyester, with anti-theft access through the back of the backpack. Inside, it includes a padded laptop sleeve, internal compartments, sleeves and zippered pockets, while the shoulder strap includes a fast USB charging port.
