Description
The Esteem Wood Pen is a retractable ballpoint pen made from natural beech wood with shiny chrome accents. The wood grain gives each pen slight visual variation, while the chrome clip and brass tip add contrast against the timber barrel.
It uses a standard ballpoint refill with 1200 metres of black German manufactured Dokumental ink and a 1mm nib. Rotary screen printing applies ink around the barrel while the pen rotates during printing. Branding is available in Position A with a maximum area of 60mm x 12mm. This method is suited to larger horizontal branding layouts and one-colour artwork.
Pad printing transfers artwork onto the pen or gift box using a silicone printing pad. Branding is available on the pen in Positions D and E with a maximum area of 50mm x 6mm, and on the gift box with a maximum area of 65mm x 40mm. This method is suited to solid colour logos, text and clean artwork.
Laser engraving engraves artwork directly into the beech wood barrel using a laser and produces a natural etch finish. Branding is available in Positions D and E with a maximum area of 50mm x 6mm. Laser engraving is suitable for permanent branding and clean logo artwork.
Digital packaging print is available on the optional gift box with a maximum branding area of 150mm x 50mm. This provides a larger full colour branding option for presentation packaging.
