Description
The Helix Stylus Pen features a gloss aluminium barrel with silver accents and a black silicone stylus. Its push-button retractable ballpoint mechanism is supplied with black ink and a 2.1 kilometre writing distance. The stylus is positioned at the top end, allowing the pen to be used with compatible touchscreen devices. A distinctive wire-style clip adds a different visual detail from standard flat clip designs. The lower barrel includes narrow line details near the tip, while the main barrel provides space for digital print, pad print or laser engraving. The pen is available in a range of colours.

Digital print applies artwork directly to the barrel surface and allows full-colour branding within the confirmed print area. On the Helix Stylus Pen, digital print branding is available on the barrel with a maximum branding area of 52 x 6.5mm. This method is suited to colourful logos, fine detail and artwork with colour variation. The narrow branding height means very small text may need to be simplified.
Pad printing uses a silicone pad to transfer ink from an etched plate onto the pen surface. On this pen, pad print branding is available on the barrel with a maximum branding area of 52 x 6.5mm. Pad print can also be applied to a pen sleeve with a maximum branding area of 55 x 20mm. This method is suited to solid colour logos and text, but it is not suited to photographic artwork or full-colour gradients.
Laser engraving is a permanent branding method that removes the barrel coating to reveal the material beneath. On the Helix Stylus Pen, laser engraving is available with a maximum branding area of 52 x 6mm. The engraving result appears as a metal-toned mark against the gloss barrel finish. This method is suited to logos, names and fine line artwork, but it does not reproduce colour.
