Description

The Eden Recycled Aluminium Bottle is a lightweight 600ml drink bottle manufactured from recycled aluminium with a modern satin painted finish. It features a secure bamboo screw-on lid with a polypropylene inner and silicone seal for reliable everyday use. Available in a wide range of colours, Eden combines practical functionality with a clean contemporary look suitable for custom branding.


As part of the Impact Aware collection, this bottle incorporates both recycled aluminium and natural bamboo materials. Branding options include pad print, rotary screen print, rotary digital print and laser engraving for a variety of logo styles and artwork requirements. Optional gift box presentation and custom printed gift box sleeves are also available.

Branding Methods

Pad printing uses a silicone pad to transfer artwork onto the bottle from a laser etched printing plate. Branding is available with a maximum area of 40mm x 50mm. This method is suitable for logos, text and simple artwork on curved bottle surfaces.


Rotary screen printing applies ink around the bottle surface with a maximum branding area of 185mm x 150mm. This method provides larger wraparound branding coverage for bold single colour artwork.


Rotary digital print allows detailed full colour branding directly onto the bottle with a maximum branding area of 215mm x 150mm. This method is ideal for gradients, complex artwork and vibrant multi-colour branding.


Laser engraving creates a permanent finish directly onto the bottle surface with a maximum branding area of 45mm x 100mm. This method produces a refined natural aluminium finish with excellent durability.


Digital Packaging Print applies full colour artwork directly onto the optional gift box with a maximum branding area of 55mm x 260mm. It is suited to custom branded packaging and detailed presentation artwork.


Use & Care

This is a single wall bottle designed for cold beverages only and is not suitable for hot or carbonated liquids. Handwashing is recommended to help preserve the bottle finish, bamboo lid and decorated branding.

Custom Gift Box Wraps

Optional full colour gift box wraps add an extra branding layer to selected drinkware items, including bottles, ceramic mugs and reusable coffee cups. The wrap is digitally printed edge to edge in full colour, creased, folded and formed into a sleeve that slides over the gift box for a clean branded presentation.


This option is well suited to detailed artwork, gradients, patterns, campaign graphics and personalised branding. Sleeves are printed edge to edge, allowing the full wrap area to be customised without changing the gift box itself.

Variable Data Option

For an additional cost, gift box wraps can also be personalised with individual names or variable data. Personalised sleeves are useful for staff onboarding packs, client gifts, conferences and event merchandise where individual presentation is required. A personalisation surcharge applies per line.

Artwork Requirements

Artwork can be supplied in editable vector format or as high-resolution bitmap artwork. Supplied bitmap files should be over 300DPI at the actual print size, and a 3mm bleed should be added where artwork runs to the edge of the sleeve.
