Sublimation Print: Full-colour custom print on the supplied duffle bag panels. Dye sublimation print is used on suitable white fabric and works by heat pressing sublimation ink into the polyester, so there is no ink build-up on the surface. Dalton is designed for vibrant full-colour artwork, patterns, illustrations and closely matched spot colour branding across the printable bag area.
Sublimation is best suited to artwork prepared for the supplied bag template. White, metallic, neon and fluorescent colours cannot be reproduced, and very fine detail or small text may have minor colour bleed across adjacent design elements. Artwork can be supplied as editable vector artwork or high-resolution bitmap artwork over 300DPI at actual print size, with 3mm bleed required where the design runs off the panel edge.
A 30-working-day production lead time applies by air freight. Larger orders can be sea freighted on request to reduce freight cost when a longer delivery schedule is suitable. The woven carry handles are available in 10 colours, and the bag includes black piping as part of the supplied design.
