Description
The Crest Lanyard is a 20mm polyester lanyard with a branded insert positioned near the clip. The insert can be finished with a resin dome, creating a defined logo area that sits separately from the lanyard strap.
The lanyard material can also be branded, with the logo repeating along the full length of the strap for consistent visibility. The standard configuration includes a spring loaded metal clip and safety clip.

Resin Dome Insert
The insert is branded using a full colour CMYK process or spot colours, then coated with a clear resin dome. The artwork is printed onto adhesive vinyl, and once the resin has cured, the finished decal is applied to the insert to create a permanent bond.
This process produces strong colour reproduction and a raised 3D effect which enhances the appearance of the logo. The 26mm circular area is suited to logos or icons that work within a compact format. White, metallic and neon colours are not available, and very large solid areas can increase cost. Artwork can be supplied in vector or high-resolution format, and designs can be assessed for suitability before production.
Screen Printing
Screen printing can be applied to the lanyard material, with the logo repeating along the full length of the strap. This provides additional branding alongside the resin dome insert and keeps the logo visible when worn.
Screen printing is best suited to bold, clear artwork. Fine detail, small text and thin lines may not reproduce cleanly on the polyester weave, so artwork can be assessed before production.
