Roam Phone Lanyard
Description
The Roam Phone Lanyard is a 6mm polyester lanyard designed to double as a phone strap. It includes a universal insert card that sits inside a phone case and can be used with any phone that has a compatible case fitted.
The lanyard has a lobster claw clip with phone case insert card and a plastic safety buckle. A round ABS plastic slider sits on the lanyard and provides the main branding position.
Branding is available by pad print or resin coated finish on the circular slider. This is an ex-stock product supplied in black and loose packed.

Pad Print
Pad printing uses a silicone pad to transfer artwork from a laser etched printing plate onto the round plastic slider. Branding is available in a 20mm circle. This method is suited to simple logos, icons and text that fit clearly within the circular branding area.
Pad printing is best for clean, spot colour artwork. Halftones cannot be consistently reproduced, variable data is not available, and each colour requires its own setup charge. Artwork must be supplied in editable vector format, with fonts converted to outlines or objects.
Resin Coated Finish
The resin coated finish is produced by printing artwork onto adhesive vinyl, then coating it with a clear resin. Once cured, the finished decal is applied to the round slider to create a permanent bond. Branding is available in a 26.8mm circle.
This process is suited to full colour artwork and closely matched spot colour branding. It creates a raised 3D effect on the slider and works well for logos or icons that suit a circular layout. Artwork can be supplied in vector or high-resolution bitmap format, with bitmaps supplied at 300DPI or higher at actual print size.
Phone Case Insert
The universal insert card is designed to sit inside a phone case, allowing the lanyard to connect to the phone without attaching directly to the device. It is intended for use with phones that have a compatible case fitted.
Safety Buckle
