Colourflex Transfer: Maximum branding area is 100mm x 110mm. Colourflex Transfer is a CMYK+W digital print process used for fabric branding. It is ideal for full-colour logos, complex artwork and approximate spot colour branding, producing a high-definition vibrant matt finish. The honeycomb pattern of the fabric may show through slightly.
Embroidery: Maximum embroidery area is 100mm circle. Embroidery uses rayon thread stitched into the product, creating a slightly raised finish and a higher perceived branding value. It has one setup charge per position for up to 12 thread colours, although PMS colour matches are approximate and fine detail should be avoided.
Faux Embroidery: Maximum branding area is 100mm x 110mm. Faux Embroidery is a Colourflex Transfer where artwork is digitised to create texture and depth that mimics embroidery. It works best with bold, larger artwork and can be better than conventional embroidery for smaller prints.
DigiFlex Transfer: Maximum branding area is 100mm x 110mm. DigiFlex Transfer is a DTF direct-to-film digital transfer process for fabrics. It is economical for short runs and suitable for personalisation or variable data when available. Only one setup charge is required regardless of print colours.
