Branding Options
Laser engraving uses a laser to etch artwork permanently into the painted outer surface, removing the paint to reveal a shiny steel finish. It is the recommended branding method for its durability over print options. Fine detail can be harder to reproduce on curved surfaces. Branding area is 45mm x 45mm.
Rotary screen print wraps one colour of ink around the cup body as it rotates. Not suitable for gradients, photos or multi-colour designs. Each colour requires its own setup charge. Branding area is 60mm x 60mm on the cup body.
Pad printing uses a silicone pad to transfer ink onto the cup surface and is available in two positions: a 45mm circular area and a 40mm x 20mm rectangular area. Suited to sharp logos and clean text. Each colour requires its own setup charge and variable data is not available.
Built-In Coffee Plunger
The Coffee Press Vacuum Cup has a 304 stainless steel plunger built into the screw-on lid, turning the cup into a self-contained French press. To use, add coarsely ground coffee to the cup and pour hot water over it. Allow the coffee to brew for the desired time, then press the plunger slowly and steadily to push the grounds to the base, separating them from the brewed coffee. The flip cap on the lid then allows drinking directly from the cup without removing the lid. The vacuum insulation keeps the brewed coffee at temperature throughout. The cup is not suitable for carbonated liquids. The plunger and lid should be disassembled and handwashed after each use to prevent coffee grounds from building up in the mechanism. Grade 304 stainless steel is used for both the inner wall and the plunger, ensuring all surfaces in contact with the drink are food-safe and odour-resistant.
