The Chai is a 490ml gloss glazed stoneware teapot with a stainless steel flip lid and a removable stainless steel infuser for loose leaf tea. The infuser holds the leaves while they steep and lifts straight out once the tea has brewed.
The Chai is branded by pad print and arrives in a white gift box. Handwashing is recommended to preserve branding.

Branding Options
Pad print transfers ink onto the teapot using a silicone pad lifted from a laser etched plate. It handles the curved surface well and reproduces sharp logos and clean text with detail as fine as 0.4mm. Because the teapot is white, close PMS colour matches are achievable, and several spot colours can be printed in tight register, each with its own setup charge. The branding area is 40mm x 30mm on one side of the pot.
Stoneware and Infuser
The Chai is made from stoneware with a gloss glaze, giving a smooth white surface, and holds 490ml, enough to pour a couple of cups. It comes with a removable 304 stainless steel infuser basket that holds loose leaf tea while it steeps in the pot. The infuser lifts straight out once the tea has brewed, so it does not keep steeping and turn bitter, and 304 stainless steel is food-grade, resisting odours and rust. The stainless steel flip lid is hinged to the handle and opens as you tip the pot, holding the leaves back so only the tea pours through the spout. The glazed stoneware is non-reactive and holds heat well, keeping the pot warm without affecting the taste or aroma, which makes it a practical choice for loose leaf tea at home or in a cafe.
Care and Longevity
Handwashing is recommended for the teapot, the lid and the infuser, and to protect the print. A dishwasher's high heat, harsh detergents and water jets would wear at the glaze and the branding over time, and can dull the stainless steel parts. Washing gently by hand with warm water and a mild detergent keeps the print sharp and the pot looking its best, and the infuser rinses clean easily between uses.
