The CamelBak Thrive Chug 1.5L is CamelBak's largest drink bottle, made from Tritan Renew, a lightweight, durable plastic that is BPA, BPS and BPF free and easy to clean. A wide-spout silicone chug cap lets you take big gulps, and the leak-proof screw lid springs open and stays back on its own while you drink. A large, soft silicone handle helps with lifting and carrying a full 1.5 litres, and a non-slip base keeps it planted. It holds cold drinks and is not made for hot or fizzy ones.
The Thrive Chug carries the CamelBak logo and is backed by CamelBak's Got Your Bak lifetime guarantee. Your logo is added by rotary screen print, and it is supplied loose packed. Handwashing is recommended to preserve branding.

Rotary screen print forces ink through a fine mesh screen onto the bottle as it turns, leaving a solid, opaque colour across a large 276mm x 160mm area. Close PMS colour matches are achievable on the clear bottle, while the charcoal bottle takes a light or white ink best and holds any PMS match only approximately. More than one colour can be printed, each with its own setup, but they cannot be kept in tight registration, so send your artwork through for us to assess first. The method suits bold logos, solid blocks and clean text, not gradients or photographic images. Ink dries quickly, and artwork needs to be vector with fonts turned to outlines.
