Description
The Bobby Hero Backpack is a 20L anti-theft backpack from XD Design, made with water-resistant RPET materials. It has a padded sleeve for a 15.6 inch laptop or 12.9 inch tablet, with hidden zips and a back-access main compartment to help keep belongings secure.
Internal sleeves and mesh pockets help organise daily essentials, while RFID-protected hidden pockets add extra storage security. The backpack also includes an integrated USB charging port, reflective safety strips, padded shoulder straps and a luggage strap. Each Bobby Hero Backpack saves 16L of water and reuses 27 plastic bottles, with an AWARE tracer used to verify recycled material use.

Colourflex Transfer: Maximum branding area is 150mm x 95mm on the front. Colourflex Transfer is a CMYK+W digital print process used for bag branding. It is ideal for full-colour logos, complex artwork and approximate spot colour branding, producing a high-definition vibrant matt finish. Only one setup charge is required regardless of print colours, although metallic, neon and fluorescent colours cannot be reproduced.
Faux Embroidery: Maximum branding area is 150mm x 95mm on the front. Faux Embroidery is a Colourflex Transfer where artwork is digitised to create texture and depth that mimics embroidery. It is suitable for bold, larger artwork and can be better than conventional embroidery for smaller prints. Limitations include no Pantone matching, reduced stitch clarity at smaller sizes, no metallic colours and poor suitability for fine detail.
DigiFlex Transfer: Maximum branding area is 150mm x 95mm on the front. DigiFlex Transfer is a DTF direct-to-film digital transfer process for bag branding. It is economical for short runs and suitable for personalisation or variable data when available. It uses water-based inks and only needs one setup regardless of print colours, with limitations including no metallic, neon or fluorescent colours and minimum detail around 1mm.
Backpack Construction
The Bobby Hero Backpack measures 450mm high x 290mm wide x 160mm gusset. It has a 20L capacity and is made from an RPET and polyester blend, with 200gsm fabric weight and coil zips.
The anti-theft layout keeps the main compartment accessible from the back of the backpack only. Inside, it includes a padded laptop or tablet sleeve, various internal sleeves and mesh pockets for organised storage. It is supplied in a gift box.
