The Ariel Canvas Tote Bag is made from heavyweight 510gsm canvas with cotton rope handles. It has a 150mm bottom gusset for extra capacity, a zippered top closure and a detachable zippered internal pouch measuring approximately 175mm x 95mm.
The main bag and pouch can both be custom branded for promotional use. Screen print is suited to simple artwork, while digital transfer is a good option for full-colour logos, detailed designs and multicolour branding.

Screen printing forces ink through a fine mesh screen directly onto the tote bag and is well suited to flat fabric panels. It is cost-effective for simple logos, text and bold artwork, especially one-colour designs. Close PMS matching is more achievable on white or light-coloured fabrics, although the natural canvas finish can affect the final print shade. Multi-colour screen printing can be used when the artwork is suitable, but each colour requires its own setup and print pass, so Digital Transfer is often better for full-colour or detailed artwork. The maximum screen print branding area is 290mm x 200mm on the bag, with a 100mm x 50mm area on the pouch.
Digital Transfer is a CMYK+W digital print process used for fabric branding.
