It is cost-effective for simple logos, text and bold artwork, especially one-colour designs. Close PMS matching is more achievable on white or light-coloured fabrics, although the natural recycled canvas finish can affect the final print shade. Multi-colour screen printing can be used when the artwork is suitable, but each colour requires its own setup and print pass, so Digital Transfer is often better for full-colour or detailed artwork. The maximum screen print branding area is 220mm x 200mm on the front or back.
Digital Transfer is a CMYK+W digital print process used for fabric branding. It is ideal for full-colour logos, complex artwork and approximate spot colour branding, producing a high-definition vibrant matt finish. Only one setup charge is required regardless of the number of print colours. Digital transfer branding is available at 250mm x 200mm on the front or back, with an inside pocket branding area of 120mm x 100mm.
