Description
The Aquinas Cooler Bag is an 18L water-resistant cooler bag made from polycanvas with a water-resistant PU coating. It has aluminium foil laminated PE foam insulation, PE lining, a zippered top closure, 230mm gusset and top handles with a 590mm handle length.
It also includes a shoulder strap for alternate carrying and can be custom branded with Colourflex Transfer, Faux Embroidery or DigiFlex Transfer. Each branding method has a maximum branding area of 120mm x 90mm.

Colourflex Transfer: Maximum branding area is 120mm x 90mm. Colourflex Transfer is a CMYK+W digital print process used for fabric branding. It is ideal for full-colour logos, complex artwork and approximate spot colour branding, producing a high-definition vibrant matt finish. Only one setup charge is required regardless of print colours, although metallic, neon and fluorescent colours cannot be reproduced.
Faux Embroidery: Maximum branding area is 120mm x 90mm. Faux Embroidery is a Colourflex Transfer where artwork is digitised to create texture and depth that mimics embroidery. It is suitable for bold, larger artwork and can be better than conventional embroidery for smaller prints. Limitations include no Pantone matching, reduced stitch clarity at smaller sizes, no metallic colours and poor suitability for fine detail.
DigiFlex Transfer: Maximum branding area is 120mm x 90mm. DigiFlex Transfer is a DTF direct-to-film digital transfer process for fabric branding. It is economical for short runs and suitable for personalisation or variable data when available. It uses water-based inks and only needs one setup regardless of print colours, with limitations including no metallic, neon or fluorescent colours and minimum detail around 1mm.

The Aquinas Cooler Bag is made from polycanvas with a water-resistant PU coating, polyester webbing and PU zip components. The insulated compartment uses aluminium foil laminated PE foam insulation with PE lining. It measures 300mm high x 290mm wide x 230mm gusset, excluding handles, and is supplied loose packed in cartons of 25 pieces.
