Colourflex Transfer: Maximum branding area is 150mm x 100mm. Colourflex Transfer is a CMYK+W digital print process used for fabric branding. It is ideal for full-colour logos, complex artwork and approximate spot colour branding, producing a high-definition vibrant matt finish. Only one setup charge is required regardless of print colours, although metallic, neon and fluorescent colours cannot be reproduced.
Faux Embroidery: Maximum branding area is 150mm x 100mm. Faux Embroidery is a Colourflex Transfer where artwork is digitised to create texture and depth that mimics embroidery. It is suitable for bold, larger artwork and can be better than conventional embroidery for smaller prints. Limitations include no Pantone matching, reduced stitch clarity at smaller sizes, no metallic colours and poor suitability for fine detail.
Embroidery: Maximum embroidery area is 70mm x 50mm. Embroidery uses rayon thread stitched into the product, creating a slightly raised finish and a higher perceived branding value. It has one setup charge per position for up to 12 thread colours. PMS colour matches are approximate, variable data is not available and fine detail should be avoided.
DigiFlex Transfer: Maximum branding area is 150mm x 100mm. DigiFlex Transfer is a DTF direct-to-film digital transfer process for fabric branding. It is economical for short runs and suitable for personalisation or variable data when available. It uses water-based inks and only needs one setup regardless of print colours, with limitations including no metallic, neon or fluorescent colours and minimum detail around 1mm.

The Velocity Cooler Bag is made from a combination of 300D polyester and 600D polyester with PE foam insulation and a water-resistant PEVA lining. It measures 260mm high x 280mm wide x 173mm gusset, excluding handles and shoulder strap. The 550mm carry handles include a Velcro cuff, while the adjustable woven shoulder strap extends to 1205mm.
