The Alaska Cooler Bag - Full Colour is a compact 4.5L cooler bag made from tough 600D polyester with aluminium foil laminated PE foam insulation and PE lining. It has a black zippered top closure, 150mm gusset and 560mm woven polyester carry handle, with the handle available in 10 standard colours.
The outer panels, including the base, can be custom branded with edge-to-edge Sublimation Print for full-colour artwork. A 25 working day production lead time applies by air freight, with sea freight available on request for larger orders to help reduce freight cost.

Branding Options
Sublimation Print: The outer panels, including the base, can be branded with edge-to-edge Sublimation Print. Sublimation uses dye-based ink printed onto transfer paper, then heat pressed onto suitable polyester fabric. The finished print is embedded in the product with no ink build-up, making it suitable for vivid full-colour images and closely matched spot colour branding. Only one setup charge is required regardless of print colours. Sublimation cannot reproduce white, metallic, neon or fluorescent colours, and fine detail or small text may have minor colour bleed.
Limitations include white bags only, no white, metallic, neon or fluorescent colours, and possible minor colour bleed on fine detail or small text. Artwork can be vector or bitmap, with bitmap artwork supplied above 300DPI at actual print size.
