Description
The Alaska Cooler Bag is a compact 4.5L cooler bag made from 210D woven polyester with aluminium foil laminated PE foam insulation and PE lining. Its box-style shape includes a zippered top closure, front slip pocket, 150mm gusset and 560mm woven carry handle.
It can be custom branded with Screen Print, Colourflex Transfer, Sublimation Print on white bags, Faux Embroidery or DigiFlex Transfer. These options support simple logos, full-colour artwork, sublimation branding or a textured faux embroidery finish, depending on the artwork and bag colour.

Screen Print: Maximum branding area is 130mm x 70mm. Screen printing forces ink through a fine mesh screen directly onto the cooler bag and is well suited to flat fabric panels. It is cost-effective for simple logos, text and bold artwork, especially one-colour designs. Multi-colour screen printing can be used when the artwork is suitable, but each colour requires its own setup and print pass.
Colourflex Transfer: Maximum branding area is 110mm x 60mm. Colourflex Transfer is a CMYK+W digital print process used for fabric branding. It is ideal for full-colour logos, complex artwork and approximate spot colour branding, producing a high-definition vibrant matt finish. Only one setup charge is required regardless of the number of print colours. Limitations include no metallic, neon or fluorescent colours, possible thin clear glue line around artwork, no variable data and minimum detail around 1mm.
Sublimation Print: Available on white bags only, with a maximum branding area of 120mm x 60mm. Sublimation uses dye-based ink printed onto transfer paper, then heat pressed onto a suitable fabric surface. The finished print is embedded in the product with no ink build-up, making it suitable for vivid full-colour images and closely matched spot colour branding. Only one setup charge is required regardless of print colours.
Faux Embroidery: Maximum branding area is 110mm x 60mm. Faux Embroidery is a Colourflex Transfer where artwork is digitised to create texture and depth that mimics embroidery. It is suitable for bold, larger artwork and can be better than conventional embroidery for smaller prints. Limitations include no Pantone matching, closest thread-colour matching only, reduced stitch clarity at smaller sizes, no metallic colours and poor suitability for fine detail.
DigiFlex Transfer: Maximum branding area is 110mm x 60mm. DigiFlex Transfer is a DTF direct-to-film digital transfer process for fabrics. It is economical for short runs and suitable for personalisation or variable data when available. It is durable, flexible and machine washable, uses water-based inks and only needs one setup regardless of print colours. Limitations include no metallic, neon or fluorescent colours and minimum detail around 1mm.
