Description
The Express Cup Deluxe - Cork Band is a 350ml single wall reusable coffee cup with a natural cork band and a screw-on lid with splashproof flip closure and silicone seal. The cup body is made from BPA-free polypropylene; the natural colour option uses a 60/40 blend of polypropylene and rice husk fibre for a more textured, organic finish. The cup is not dishwasher safe and handwashing is recommended.
The cup, lid and flip piece can be mixed and matched across the standard colour range, with five combinations included in the price and additional combinations available for an extra charge. Laser engraving is recommended for branding on the cork band, with pad print also available on the band, cup top and flip piece. An optional natural gift box and full-colour edge-to-edge printed sleeve are also available. The design is registered in Australia and New Zealand.

Pad printing uses a silicone pad to transfer ink onto the surface. On the cork band, the natural texture of the material can affect fine detail reproduction, so bold logos and clean text are recommended. Each colour requires its own setup charge and variable data is not available. Branding areas are the band at 40mm x 15mm, the cup top at 45mm x 15mm, and the lid flip piece at 16mm x 25mm.
Laser engraving is the recommended branding method for the cork band, burning artwork directly into the natural surface to create a distinctive darker impression. The result is permanent and complements the natural material. Fine detail can be harder to reproduce on textured cork. Branding area is 30mm x 15mm on the band.

The natural silica content of rice husk contributes strength and texture to the blend, giving the natural colour option its characteristic speckled, organic finish. All other colour options use pure BPA-free polypropylene throughout.
