This 20mm custom printed lanyard can be configured to suit your branding, colour and attachment requirements. Start by selecting the number of print colours, then choose any additional attachment if required, your lanyard colour and the quantity needed.
Artwork can be attached before sending the enquiry form, helping streamline the quoting and production process. Screen printing allows your logo or message to repeat along the full length of the lanyard for consistent visibility.
A wide standard colour range is available, with custom PMS lanyard colours available on orders of 500 or more. PMS colour matching is approximate. A production lead time of 20 working days applies via air freight, with sea freight available on request for larger orders.

This combination offers a practical setup for identification and access pass requirements.
Optional Attachments
A range of optional attachments is available to customise the lanyard for different requirements. These include loop attachments, spring clips, J hook clips, oval clips and double clip configurations. Additional options such as snap lock joiners and ID holders can also be selected where required.

Screen Printing
Screen printing applies artwork directly to the polyester lanyard material. The logo repeats along the full length of the lanyard, giving consistent visibility on both sides when worn. This method is best suited to bold, clear artwork, simple logos and solid colour designs.
Fine details, very thin lines and small text may not reproduce cleanly on fabric due to the weave of the material. As a general guide, line thickness should be no finer than approximately 0.4–0.5mm and text is recommended to be 6–8pt or larger for good legibility.
For the best result, logos should be supplied in editable vector format where possible. If your artwork includes fine detail, small text or narrow spacing, please send it through for assessment so we can check legibility before production.
