Description
The Vanguard Vacuum Bottle is a deluxe 600ml stainless steel drink bottle with double wall vacuum insulation and a smart painted finish. It is made with a 201 stainless steel outer and 304 stainless steel inner, with a secure stainless steel screw-on lid and white polypropylene trim.
This BPA-free vacuum bottle is suitable for hot and cold beverages but is not suitable for carbonated liquids. Branding options include pad print, screen print, laser engraving and rotary digital print for full colour artwork. Vanguard is supplied in an individual natural kraft gift box, and handwashing is recommended to help preserve the finish and decorated branding.

Pad printing uses a silicone pad to transfer artwork onto the bottle from a laser etched printing plate. Branding is available with a maximum area of 35mm x 60mm. This method is suitable for logos, text and simple artwork on curved bottle surfaces.
Screen printing applies ink to the bottle surface with a maximum branding area of 180mm x 140mm. This method is suitable for bold single colour artwork requiring strong visibility across a larger print area.
Laser engraving is a permanent branding process that engraves artwork into the bottle surface using a laser. Branding is available with a maximum area of 45mm x 80mm and engraves to a shiny steel finish.
Rotary digital print allows detailed full colour branding directly onto the bottle with a maximum branding area of 208mm x 175mm. This method is ideal for gradients, complex artwork and vibrant multi-colour branding.
Use & Care
