Screen Print: 90mm x 50mm, one colour. Screen printing forces ink through a fine mesh screen directly onto the backpack panel. It is suitable for simple one-colour logos, text and bold spot-colour artwork where a sharp, economical print is required. This method is best for clean artwork without gradients, fine detail or full-colour effects, as only one-colour screen printing is confirmed for this Swiss Peak backpack. Artwork must be supplied in editable vector format, with fonts converted to outlines or objects.
Embroidery: 70mm circle. Embroidery uses rayon thread stitched into the backpack, creating a slightly raised finish and a higher perceived branding value. It is well suited to simple logos and text that can be reproduced clearly with thread, especially where a more premium finish is preferred. One setup charge applies per position for up to 12 thread colours. PMS colour matches are approximate, variable data such as individual names is not available and fine detail should be avoided. Minimum embroidered text heights are 4.5mm for sans serif fonts and 5.5mm for serif fonts.
