Pad printing uses a silicone pad to transfer artwork onto the kraft paper cover. Suitable for sharp logos and text on smaller branding areas. Multiple branding areas are available: front cover 55mm x 55mm or 65mm x 35mm, and back cover 55mm x 55mm or 65mm x 35mm. Each colour requires its own setup charge and variable data such as individual names is not available. The natural kraft surface affects how PMS colours reproduce, and darker artwork colours tend to show more clearly against the natural surface.
Screen printing forces ink through a fine mesh screen directly onto the kraft paper cover. Suitable for simple logos, text and bold spot-colour artwork, and not recommended for gradients, photos or full-colour designs. One-colour branding only. The front cover branding area of 100mm x 160mm covers most of the front cover. The back cover branding area is 80mm x 160mm. Darker inks give the clearest contrast against the natural kraft background.
