Retractable plastic ballpoint pen featuring a rotating inner barrel that holds six preset messages. Branding Methods
Pad Print
Pad printing is applied directly to the pen barrel and suits simple artwork with solid colours. Branding is available at Position E with a maximum area of 50mm x 8mm, and Position K with a larger area of 70mm x 8mm. Artwork is printed onto the external barrel surface only and does not affect the internal message mechanism. This method is suitable for logos, short text, or symbols. Each colour requires a separate setup.
Screen Print
Screen printing is applied to the internal rotating message strip rather than the barrel. The printable area for each message is 36mm x 3mm and is limited to one colour per message. Artwork must be supplied as six individual designs corresponding to each message position. Printing is fixed to the internal strip and visible through the clear window as the messages rotate.
Message Configuration
The rotating inner barrel displays six separate messages through the clear window in the barrel. Messages are fixed during production and rotate sequentially with each button press. All messages are printed in a single colour as specified at artwork approval stage. Message content must remain within the supplied print dimensions to ensure clear visibility through the window.
Production and Lead Time
This product is produced to order with a standard lead time of 40 working days by air freight. Larger quantities may be produced with sea freight on request, subject to extended transit times. Production cannot commence until message artwork and branding layouts are approved. Changes to message content after approval are not supported once manufacturing has started.
