Description
The Flag Banner Pen is a retractable plastic ballpoint pen with an internal spring-loaded banner. The banner is printed in full colour on both sides. The pen features a soft rubber grip with translucent plastic trim. A large volume refill provides 1200 metres of German manufactured Dokumental ink. Ink is available in blue or black. Production is supplied on an indent basis with a standard 40 working day air freight lead time.

Screen Print
Screen print applies ink directly onto the pen barrel at defined locations. This method suits simple logos and single-colour artwork. Branding is applied to Positions E and K with a maximum size of 50mm x 7mm at each position. Placement is restricted to the specified barrel areas. Screen print does not apply to the internal banner.
Offset Print
Offset print is used to brand the internal banner with full colour artwork. The available print area is 68mm x 180mm, with all text kept at least 5mm inside the edges. This method supports detailed graphics and multi-colour designs. Printing is completed prior to banner assembly to ensure accurate alignment. Offset print applies to the banner only.
Production & lead time
Production is subject to a standard lead time of 40 working days when supplied by air freight. Sea freight may be requested for larger quantities where extended timelines are acceptable. Lead times apply from final artwork approval and may vary depending on production scheduling. This product is supplied as an indent item.
Banner handling & artwork constraints
The internal banner is housed within the barrel and deploys when extended. Artwork must be supplied to the specified banner dimensions and kept within the stated safe margins. Designs should account for the banner’s folding and retraction during use.
