Description
The Solo Lunch Cooler Bag is a small 3.5L cooler bag made from 210D polyester with aluminium foil laminated foam insulation. It has a compact 125mm gusset, Velcro top closure, woven carry handle and external slip pocket.
The slip pocket provides the main decoration area for custom branding, with Screen Print, Colourflex Transfer, Faux Embroidery and DigiFlex Transfer available. Supplied loose packed, the cooler is available in a range of colours.

Branding Options
Screen Print: Maximum branding area is 110mm x 100mm, available as a one-colour print. Screen printing forces ink through a fine mesh screen directly onto the cooler bag and is suited to simple one-colour logos, text and bold artwork. For multi-colour artwork, Colourflex Transfer, Faux Embroidery or DigiFlex Transfer is usually the better option.
Colourflex Transfer: Maximum branding area is 80mm x 90mm. Colourflex Transfer is a CMYK+W digital print process used for fabric branding. It is ideal for full-colour logos, complex artwork and approximate spot colour branding, producing a high-definition vibrant matt finish. Only one setup charge is required regardless of print colours, although metallic, neon and fluorescent colours cannot be reproduced.
Faux Embroidery: Maximum branding area is 80mm x 90mm. Faux Embroidery is a Colourflex Transfer where artwork is digitised to create texture and depth that mimics embroidery. It is suitable for bold, larger artwork and can be better than conventional embroidery for smaller prints. Limitations include no Pantone matching, reduced stitch clarity at smaller sizes, no metallic colours and poor suitability for fine detail.
DigiFlex Transfer: Maximum branding area is 80mm x 90mm. DigiFlex Transfer is a DTF direct-to-film digital transfer process for fabric branding. It is economical for short runs and suitable for personalisation or variable data when available. It uses water-based inks and only needs one setup regardless of print colours, with limitations including no metallic, neon or fluorescent colours and minimum detail around 1mm.

The Solo Lunch Cooler Bag is made from 210D polyester with polyethylene lining, aluminium foil laminated foam insulation and polyester webbing. It measures 240mm high x 175mm wide x 125mm gusset, excluding the handle. The 230mm woven handle makes it easy to carry by hand, while the Velcro top closure and external slip pocket keep the design simple and lightweight.
