Branding Methods
Laser engraving is a permanent branding process that engraves artwork into the barrel surface using a laser. On the Scorpio Pen, branding is available at positions G and I with a maximum size of 30 x 7mm. The matte lacquered recycled aluminium barrel engraves to an oxidised white finish, creating contrast with the barrel colour. This method suits logos, names and simple artwork but may lose fine detail at smaller sizes.
Pad printing uses a silicone pad to transfer ink onto the pen surface from an etched plate. Branding is available at positions F and H with a maximum size of 40 x 7mm, or positions G and I with a maximum size of 30 x 7mm. This method suits spot colour logos and fine detail artwork within the available branding areas. It does not reproduce full-colour images or gradients.
Rotary screen printing applies ink around the curved barrel using a rolling process. On this pen, branding is available at position A with a maximum size of 25 x 16mm. This method allows a larger wrap-style print area and suits bold logos and simple designs. It does not reproduce photographic or full-colour artwork.
Sustainability
The Scorpio Pen is part of the Impact Aware collection because it is made with recycled materials. Its recycled aluminium barrel forms the main body of the pen, with a visible recycled symbol engraved near the top of the barrel.
Presentation Options
The pen is supplied loose packed as standard. An optional pen sleeve is available for individual presentation when required.

Impact Aware
Impact Aware highlights products selected for a lower-impact profile. Each item in the range meets at least one of three criteria—using recycled inputs, drawing on natural materials, or partnering with brands that return value to people or the planet. You’ll also see an Impact Aware icon on the main product image, making it easy to spot eligible items at a glance.
Made with Recycled Materials
These products repurpose existing resources—such as recycled plastics, paper, fabric, or metals—to reduce demand for virgin material and extend the life of what already exists. Examples across the range include RPET and recycled stainless components, as noted on individual product pages.
Made with Natural Materials
Items in this pillar prioritise renewable inputs like cotton, jute, bamboo, or paper. They’re chosen for everyday practicality while leaning on materials that come from nature and can be renewed. Product specs identify the natural material used for each item.
Brands that Give Back
This pillar features products from partner brands that embed giving—supporting communities, causes, or environmental programmes—into how they operate. When a product falls under this pillar, it’s clearly indicated in its specifications.
