Branding Options
Pad printing uses a silicone pad to transfer artwork onto the kraft cardboard cover. Suitable for sharp logos and text on smaller branding areas. Two branding areas are available: 55mm x 55mm or 65mm x 35mm. Each colour requires its own setup charge and variable data such as individual names is not available. The natural texture of the kraft surface affects how PMS colours reproduce, and darker, bolder artwork tends to give the clearest result on both cover colours.
Screen printing forces ink through a fine mesh screen directly onto the kraft cardboard cover. Suitable for simple logos, text and bold spot-colour artwork, and not recommended for gradients, photos or full-colour designs. One-colour branding only. Branding area is 80mm x 140mm on the front cover. The textured kraft surface will influence the final appearance of screen-printed artwork.
Digital Packaging Print provides full-colour branding on the notebook cover and is suitable for logos, images, illustrations and gradients. Artwork can be supplied in vector or bitmap format. Supplied bitmaps must be higher than 300DPI resolution at the actual print size. Metallic, neon and fluorescent colours cannot be reproduced. Branding area is 80mm x 150mm. Digital Packaging Print is only available on the natural kraft cover colour.
