The Petros Stone Paper Notebook is an A5 hard cover notebook with a water-resistant cover and 64 lined 108gsm stone paper pages (128 pages), part of the Impact Aware Collection. Stone paper is made by blending powdered limestone with bio-polythene resin, producing pages that are water, oil, grease and tear-resistant.
The off-white pages have a smooth writing surface and rounded edges, and the notebook features a pen loop and bookmark ribbon. Branding options include pad print and screen print on the front and back cover. An optional full-colour paper belly band is also available. The notebook has plastic-free packaging and is loose packed.

Pad printing uses a silicone pad to transfer artwork onto the notebook cover. Suitable for sharp logos and text on smaller branding areas. Branding areas are 55mm x 55mm or 65mm x 35mm on the front or back cover. Each colour in the artwork requires its own setup charge and variable data such as individual names is not available. The texture and finish of the cover surface affects how PMS colours reproduce, so results may vary slightly. Simple logos and clean artwork tend to give the most consistent result.
Screen printing forces ink through a fine mesh screen directly onto the notebook cover. Suitable for simple logos, text and bold spot-colour artwork, and not recommended for gradients, photos or full-colour designs. One-colour branding only. The branding area of 115mm x 190mm on the front or back cover is large enough for a full-height logo or significant wordmark placement. As with pad print, the cover surface texture may influence how the final branding appears compared to printing on a smooth PU cover.
Stone Paper Details
Stone paper is made by blending powdered limestone with bio-polythene resin. It produces off-white pages with a smooth writing surface that feels noticeably different from standard wood-pulp paper. Because the paper contains no wood pulp or water, the pages are resistant to water, oil, grease and tearing, making the Petros a more durable option than a standard paper notebook in wet or demanding conditions. Stone paper is heavier than standard paper at the same sheet count, which is why the page weight is 108gsm despite the notebook having only 64 leaves. The Impact Aware designation reflects the use of natural limestone as the primary raw material, and the notebook has plastic-free packaging throughout.
Optional Full-Colour Belly Band
An optional paper belly band is available for this notebook and wraps around the front and back cover. It gives you an extra branding area for campaign artwork, event messaging, sponsor logos, recipient details or a gift-style presentation while keeping the notebook cover branding simple.
Belly Band Digital Print
The belly band is printed in full colour using Digital Print, a CMYK print method used for paper media. It is ideal for complex images, illustrations, gradients and colourful brand artwork, with only one setup charge required regardless of the number of print colours. Individual names can also be added to the belly band at an additional charge, making it useful for personalised notebooks, event packs or client gifts.
Belly Band Artwork Requirements
Artwork can be supplied in vector or bitmap format. Bitmap artwork should be over 300DPI at actual print size, and a 3mm bleed should be added when the artwork runs off the edge of the belly band. Metallic, neon and fluorescent colours are not available, and dark stock should be avoided because white ink cannot be printed underneath the artwork.
