The Osprey Arcane Flap Backpack is a 14L custom branded backpack made from 500D recycled polyester packcloth with a PFC/PFAS-free DWR finish. It fits most 16 inch laptops in an internal padded laptop sleeve, with internal organisation pockets and pencil slots for structured storage.

Colourflex Transfer: 90mm x 50mm. Colourflex Transfer is a CMYK+W digital transfer process for bag branding. It is ideal for full-colour logos, complex artwork and approximate spot colour branding, with a high-definition vibrant matt finish. Only one setup charge is required regardless of print colours. Limitations include no metallic, neon or fluorescent colours, possible fine clear glue line around artwork, no variable data and minimum detail around 1mm.
Faux Embroidery: 90mm x 50mm. Faux Embroidery is a Colourflex Transfer where artwork is digitised to create texture and depth that mimics embroidery. It is suited to bold, larger artwork and can work better than conventional embroidery for smaller print areas. It is not suitable for fine detail, Pantone matching or metallic colours.
DigiFlex Transfer: 90mm x 50mm. DigiFlex Transfer is a DTF direct-to-film digital transfer process for bag branding. It is economical for short runs and suitable for personalisation or variable data when available. It uses water-based inks and only needs one setup regardless of print colours. It cannot reproduce metallic, neon or fluorescent colours and minimum detail is around 1mm.
Backpack Construction
The backpack measures H 405mm x W 275mm x Gusset 85mm, excluding the handle and shoulder straps. It has a 190mm handle and adjustable shoulder straps with an extended length of 810mm.
The outer shell, lining and base are all made from 500D recycled polyester packcloth with PFC/PFAS-free DWR. The storage layout includes an internal padded laptop sleeve, internal organisation pockets, pencil slots, a front panel zip pocket and an internal zip mesh pocket.
