Orion features a secure screw-on stainless steel lid with a polypropylene inner and silicone seal. It is BPA-free and suitable for hot and cold beverages, but not carbonated drinks. Branding options include pad print, one-colour rotary screen print and laser engraving, which produces a shiny steel finish. Each bottle is presented in a black gift box, with optional natural or black gift tubes available.

Pad printing uses a silicone pad to transfer artwork onto the bottle from a laser etched printing plate. Branding is available on the bottle with a maximum area of 40mm x 60mm. One-colour branding is also available on the optional gift tube or tube lid.
Rotary screen printing applies ink around the bottle surface with a maximum branding area of 150mm x 90mm. This method is available as a one-colour print and is suited to bold wraparound branding.
Laser engraving is a permanent branding process that engraves artwork into the bottle surface using a laser. Branding is available with a maximum area of 55mm x 100mm and engraves to a shiny steel finish.
Use & Care
This double wall vacuum bottle is suitable for hot and cold beverages but is not suitable for carbonated liquids. Handwashing is recommended to help preserve the bottle finish, lid components and decorated branding.
