The Omega Pen is a retractable plastic ballpoint designed for everyday use. It features a standard ballpoint refill with black ink and delivers up to 700 metres of writing distance. A 1mm nib and retractable mechanism provide a simple, reliable writing experience. The pen has a gloss barrel finish with colour matched trim for a consistent appearance across the range. Manufactured from ABS plastic components with a stainless steel ball, it is lightweight and durable. Omega can be supplied on its own or paired with the matching Omega Notebook 108827, with an optional cardboard pen sleeve available.

Branding Methods
Pad Print
Pad print is a cost-effective branding method ideal for single colour logos and text. It uses a silicone pad to transfer ink onto curved pen surfaces with good consistency. This method is suitable for detailed artwork on small branding areas. Pad print is available on Pen positions D and E at 60mm x 6mm. It can also be applied to the cardboard pen sleeve at 55mm x 20mm.
Rotary Screen Print
Rotary screen print delivers sharp spot colour branding and is best suited for larger artwork. It is designed specifically for cylindrical products such as pens. This method allows for clean, bold prints across a wider area. Rotary screen print is available on Pen position A at 65mm x 13mm. Each colour requires its own setup.
Direct Digital Print
Direct digital print is ideal for multicolour artwork on flat or slightly curved pen surfaces. Ink is printed directly onto the product and dries instantly. This method allows for detailed graphics without multiple colour setup charges. Direct digital print is available on Pen positions D and E at 80mm x 6mm. Metallic and fluorescent colours are not available.
Digital Packaging Print
Digital packaging print is used for multicolour branding on the optional cardboard pen sleeve. It enables complex artwork and gradients to be printed in a single pass. This method requires only one setup charge regardless of colour count. Digital packaging print is available on the cardboard pen sleeve at 80mm x 25mm. It is available on natural sleeves only.
