Branding Options
Screen printing forces ink through a fine mesh screen directly onto the jute tote bag. It is a cost-effective option for simple logos, text and bold one-colour artwork, with a 250mm x 225mm branding area available. Multi-colour screen printing and white underbases are more reliable on jute than on non-woven polypropylene, but each colour still adds its own setup and print pass.
Colourflex Transfer is a CMYK+W digital print process used for fabric branding. It is ideal for full-colour logos, complex artwork and approximate spot colour branding, producing a high-definition vibrant matt finish. Only one setup charge is required regardless of the number of print colours. The maximum branding area is 250mm x 200mm.
Faux Embroidery is a Colourflex Transfer where artwork is digitised to create texture and depth that mimics traditional embroidery. It is suitable for tote bags and works best with bold, larger artwork rather than fine detail. Pantone colour matching is not available, and stitch clarity reduces as the design gets smaller. The maximum branding area is 250mm x 200mm.
DigiFlex Transfer is a direct-to-film digital transfer process used for fabric branding. It is economical for short runs and suitable for full-colour artwork, names, numbering and other variable data. Only one setup charge is required regardless of print colours. The maximum branding area is 250mm x 200mm.

Made with Recycled Materials
These products repurpose existing resources—such as recycled plastics, paper, fabric, or metals—to reduce demand for virgin material and extend the life of what already exists. Examples across the range include RPET and recycled stainless components, as noted on individual product pages.
